Payment options: Cash (for self-pickup, by prior arrangement only), bank transfer, Bit, or credit card.
Shipping small items (such as travel bags): Home delivery via courier for 75 ILS (usually takes 3–5 business days) or express delivery (same-day/next-day) for 250 ILS. Note: Express service is available only in Sharon, Central, Shephelah, and Jerusalem regions.
Shipping large items: (such as travel crates) Costs range from 70–350 ILS, depending on delivery location, quantity, and weight.
Delivery times: Shipments are carried out by external shipping companies. We make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee an exact arrival time.
Specifications and Products:
Benefits: Buyers of a hard travel crate (for airplane cabin) will receive a complimentary travel kit. Buyers of soft bags receive 2 pee pads.
Dimensions: The listed dimensions are external (per manufacturer) and do not reflect the interior space. Ensuring the crate fits airline requirements and your pet’s size is the buyer’s responsibility.

Stock availability: Product orders are subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, our representative will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the order without charge.
Cancellations and Returns:
Cancellation policy: Orders can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging. Returning the product to Pets2Fly offices is the customer’s responsibility.
Exceptions:Cannot cancel an order for a product that was custom-made to specific dimensions.
Cancellation fees: According to consumer protection regulations (5% or 100 ILS, whichever is lower). For credit card payments, a processing fee will also apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
